Effective communicating on video for live and recorded appearances
– Two hour seminar + individual coaching sessions –
Are your leaders and other spokespeople required to communicate with internal and external audiences through on-camera appearances? If so, how do they come across? Could they perhaps use some improvement? Do they look forward to on-camera appearances on the Internet, the Intranet and in webcasts? Or do they, like many executives, dread it—even to the point of avoiding the opportunity whenever possible?
If this rings true for you or other leaders in your organization, the On-Camera Savvy program can meet your need to develop outstanding on-camera communicators. Working with groups or individually, our experts can help your leaders build the confidence and ‘know how’ to deliver important video-generated messages in the studio or on the run—whenever or wherever the camera is rolling.
On-Camera Savvy participants will develop skills in:
- How to “relate” to the camera in a variety of live and recorded situations
- Effective verbal and non-verbal communication for on-camera appearances
- How to use a webcam effectively for meetings and video conferences
- Relating to the production crew and understanding “behind the scenes” processes
Through video-recorded practice, feedback and skills-based coaching participants will learn what they do well and what areas need improvement. They will leave knowing how to activate their “internal coach” to guide and support them through on-camera appearances.
