The ability to quickly get to the point in a conversation is critical to communicating successfully with busy professionals—both customers and those internal to the organization. This one-day seminar teaches participants how to communicate with greater brevity and impact in a customer-focused way. In Get to the Point! attendees learn through intensive role playing, video recording, coaching, instruction and discussion. This program helps sales, marketing and other professionals become more engaging, effective and to-the-point communicators.

Get to the Point Participants learn how to:
- Get straight to the point with internal or external customer-oriented messages
- Deliver a customer-focused elevator pitch “on-the-spot”
- Distinguish between effective and ineffective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Activate their “internal coach” in order to improve communications while in the process of interacting with customers
- Elegantly transition from potentially difficult questions or conversations to those that will have a positive impact on business
- Keep meetings on track
